OIT upgraded the Remote Desktop Gateway and RBHS Remote Desktop Gateway services to require two-step login (Tuesday, 8/31/21 at 6:30AM). This action was taken to further protect the university from external threats. 

Updated instructions for accessing the Remote Desktop Gateway can be found on the Security Operations Center website.

How will users experience this change? 

Users will automatically receive a notification through their preconfigured Duo mobile app or via a phone call when attempting to access the Remote Desktop Gateway. They will not be presented with the typical prompt to select a secondary authentication method.
